To make a payment through the post.

Make a cheque or postal order made out to "Guildford Borough Council"

Please write your licence number, if applicable, on the reverse.

Enclose your payment with the appropriate application forms or a covering letter which includes your name, address and a contact telephone number.

Bring the necessary application forms or a covering letter and your payment to the licensing reception at Millmead House.
