We can now accept Building Control Applications electronically.
There are 3 types of Building Regulation applications that can be submitted online. These are Full Plans, Building Notice and Regularisation. To order your ordnance survey maps for Building Control applications online please click through to our partnership GetMapping website (this pages opens in a new window). Payment is made online and you will be sent copies of requested maps via email or by post.Getmapping is a Licensed Partner of Ordnance Survey reselling a range of OS mapping.

Payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards. Please note that a commission charge of 1.8% will be added if paying by credit card, or 1.3% if you are present when paying. Alternatively, you can send a cheque made payable to the address below.
