The Buildings At Risk register is a list of buildings at risk from decay or neglect.

This concentrates on listed buildings and tries to prioritise action to repair a building and return it to a practical use.

A number of buildings have been repaired over the last few years and put to appropriate uses.  There are currently approximately 6 buildings believed to be at risk within the borough for which we are proactively considering development proposals.

We offer grants and professional advice to encourage owners to repair buildings.
