Information about the Woodbridge Meadows SPD
- It was adopted by the Council on 28 February 2008 (see adoption statement below)

- It clarifies and expands upon existing saved policies of the Guildford Local Plan 2003, in particular Policy E2 Redevelopment of existing business, industrial and warehousing land in urban areas and within identified settlements in the Green Belt.
- The SPD updates and revises the Council’s current Woodbridge Meadows Development Guidance, dated September 2005.
Public participation during preparation of the SPD
- A public consultation on the SPD ran from 17 October 2007 to 28 November 2007.
- The consultation undertaken was compliant with Section 17(3) in Part 5 of the Town and County Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004.

The draft Woodbridge Meadows SPD was updated in light of the comments received to produce a final version.

Regulation 19 – Adoption of Supplementary Planning Documents
The Woodbridge Meadows Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted on 28th February 2008 at the Council’s Executive Committee. The Woodbridge Meadows SPD clarifies and expands upon existing saved policies of the adopted Guildford Borough Local Plan 2003, in particular Policy E2 Redevelopment of existing business, industrial and warehousing land in urban areas and within identified settlements in the Green Belt.
The SPD updates and revises the Council’s current Woodbridge Meadows Development Guidance, dated September 2005.
Any person aggrieved by the SPD may apply to the High Court for judicial review of the decision to adopt the SPD. Any such application for leave must be made promptly and in any event not later than 3 months after the date on which the SPD was adopted.
