A 17th century Town House with many original features including a finely carved staircase, panelled rooms, decorative plaster ceilings. Changing temporary exhibition programme throughout the year, including a selection of works from the borough collection with pastel portraits by Guildford-born artist, John Russell RA (1745 - 1806), contemporary craftwork, paintings and prints.

The gift shop stocks a unique selection of greeting cards, stationery and work by local craftspeople. The gallery cafe serves hot and cold home made snacks and beverages all day. During the winter months, a heated marquee is situated in the courtyard.
