Leith Hill is the highest point in the south east of England and since Victorian times has been a popular site for picnicking.  The summit, at 965ft (294m) offers a view of the sea, some 26 miles away to the south and London to the north.

    • 25 March - 29 October, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (10am - 5pm)
    • 3 November - 24 March, Saturday, Sunday (10am - 3.30pm)
    • Open on Wednesdays in August
    • All Bank Holidays except 25 December
