River cruises from the centre of Guildford, passing through some of Surrey's most scenic countryside along the National Trust River Wey.

Trips of 45 minutes or 1 1/2 hours aboard 'The Harry Stevens' are available for groups on most days during the season. 'The Alfred Leroy' offers longer cruises of between 1 1/2 and 3 hours with a choice of menu from a simple ploughman's or afternoon tea to a full three-course lunch or dinner followed by coffee.  Rowing boats for hire for the hour or the day. Traditional self-drive narrow boats available for holidays all year round.

Admission

• Adults from £4.00 to £6.00 
• Children £2.00 up to £3.00 depending on boat, length of cruise and menu chosen.
• 10% commission to travel trade.

Group Visits

Alfred Leroy - minimum 25 and maximum 49. Harry Stevens - minimum 30 and maximum 69. Simple lunches, cream teas, high teas, suppers and full 3-course meals on board Alfred Leroy.

Tours

All cruises with skipper and crew. Commentaries on day time sailings.

Due to the nature of the craft and Board of Trade Licensing Laws, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.

Educational visits

A river trip on the 'Harry Stevens' offers an ideal way for Key Stage 1 & 2 children to study a river at first hand. Cruises can be combined with a visit to the National Trust Visitor Centre at Dapdune Wharf.

Coach parking

At Guildford Park Road and Bedford Road coach bays, approx. 1 mile. Drop off and pick up point outside the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, approx. 400 yards. Drivers welcome on trip.

On A281 Guildford to Horsham Road, along Yvonne Arnaud Theatre and Millbrook Car Park. Entrance is through car park.
