
Liz was elected as Effingham's first Liberal Democrat borough councillor in 1999. She has lived in the village with her family for over 28 years, and has also been a member of the Parish Council since 1995.
Liz takes a particular interest in environmental and planning issues. She is a member of the the Planning Committee and of the Environment and Housing Scrutiny Committee, and is the Liberal Democrat Spokesperson on Planning Policy.
