I have been a resident of Ash for nearly 35 years and have two children, both of which grew up and went to schools in Ash. 

I have been involved with several youth projects in the Village and was Chair of the Ash Youth Centre Management Committee and also of the TANY (Tongham, Ash & Normandy Youth) Project.  I was also involved in Scouting for nearly thirty years, running a local Cub Pack, and later as Assistant District Commissioner for Blackwater Valley Scouts.

I was elected as a local Conservative Councillor for the Ash Wharf Ward in May 2007.

I am currently a member of the Council's Environment & Housing Scrutiny Committee and Standards & Audit Committee.
