Abbotswood conservation areaThe designation of Abbotswood Conservation Area was approved at Executive Committee on 20 October 2011. The draft Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan, together with the boundary maps that have now been approved can be viewed as drafts but will be updated as final documents.The Council in partnership with the Abbotswood Conservation Area Steering Group has undertaken a Conservation Area Appraisal to assess a boundary for conservation area designation. 
The draft appraisal of the conservation area and the proposed boundary has been jointly produced which analyses what is special about Abbotswood and what contributes to its unique character. You can still view the document by using the downloads section on this page. Hard copies of the draft appraisal document are available for reference in our Planning Services reception at the Council Offices, Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford. |
