Please make cheques payable to Guildford Borough Council. We recommend making a telephone reservation before sending cheques in the post. Please enclose a pre paid envelope if you would like the tickets posted back to you, otherwise they can be left at the box office for collection.

Tickets may be posted to you for an extra charge of 50 pence. We post tickets to Friends of The Electric Theatre free of charge.

We are happy to reserve tickets for you and contact details must be left with box office staff at the time of making the reservation. Tickets will be held for three working days, or until one hour before the start of the performance (whichever is sooner). Non confirmed reservations may be cancelled without prior notice after this time.
Once you have paid for your tickets, we are unable to make refunds. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show at no extra charge, subject to availability. Alternatively, you may return the tickets to the Box Office for possible resale. The resale of tickets cannot be guaranteed.
Any personal details you agree to share with us will be held by Guildford Borough Council for three years and will be used for the sole purpose of processing your booking. We will not pass your details onto any third parties. If you would prefer not to share your details with us, please buy your tickets in person at the Box Office.
No babes in arms unless indicated. Young children are admitted but not encouraged unless the parent is confident that the child is old enough to be attentive to the performance and not a distraction for other patrons. Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy young children.
Please note that when the brochure states that a production is suitable for children over a certain age, The Electric Theatre will not knowingly sell tickets for children younger than the age suggested.
To receive regular copies of The Electric Theatre brochure or the Guildford Philharmonic Brochure through the post, please contact the Box Office using the contact details below and we'll be happy to add you to the appropriate mailing list. Alternatively, you can join our free post and email mailing lists online.
