General informationDisabled accessOur concerts are held in a number of different venues, some with easier access than others. We endeavour to help wheelchair users and suggest that you give us a call to discuss your requirements before you make your booking. Carers receive a free ticket to our concerts when accompanying someone who has disability. LatecomersIf you arrive late you will be asked to wait until a suitable point in the programme before being shown to your seat. ParkingParking round our venues can get full quickly but there are plenty of conveniently located car parks around the town. Please allow enough time to park and get to the venue. There are also many concessions for blue badge holders parking around the town. Guildford Cathedral RefectoryInterval drinks will be available at all Guildford Philharmonic concerts and can be ordered on arrival. To book a pre-concert supper at Cathedral concerts please call the Refectory on 01483 560471 or email refectory@caperandberry.co.uk. Cushions!Seating at Holy Trinity and Guildford Cathedral may not be as comfortable as a concert hall so do bring a cushion!
