Opening hoursNormal opening hours are Tuesdays to Saturdays, 10am - 4.45pm. We will be open on Mondays from 21 November - 19 December 2011 for the Christmas period. Please note we are closed during the Christmas period from Sunday 25 December 2011 - Monday 2 January 2012. We will reopen on Tuesday 3 January 2012. How to find usGuildford House Gallery can be found at the top of the cobbled part of Guildford High Street.The Tourist Information Centre is at the front of the building so look out for the overhanging 'i' sign on the High Street.We are on the same side of the road as the Guildhall with its impressive overhanging clock, but further up the hill, opposite Sainsburys and next to NatWest bank. Journey planning - bus, coach or trainFor impartial information on planning your journey by bus, coach or train please visit the National Traveline website (a link to which can be found on the top right of this page). By railGuildford has excellent rail links to Central London and Portsmouth, including a non-stop service to London. Trains from Guildford terminate at Waterloo Station. From London Waterloo you can get a link to the Eurostar service, which provides direct rail access to the European mainland.
Bus servicesYou can find information on local bus services from the Surrey County Council website (a link to which can be found at the top of this page). ShopmobilityA Shopmobility scheme operates on Level 3 of Bedford Road car park. The scheme provides manual and powered wheelchairs and scooters for people who have problems walking around the town centre. You do not have to be registered disabled to use the scheme.
