The Book Corner

Guildford House Gallery now has a Book Corner.

Children in the Book Corner with Carol Cordrey and Christian Dettlaff

Whenever you visit the Gallery, you can sit quietly in the Book Corner and read stories about artists and their works, read about children visiting museums and Galleries or learn about the life and works of famous artists.

If you really enjoy a book, why not write a review of it that can be shared with other visitors. Reviews can be completed in the Gallery and left in the folder in the Book Corner, email it to us or send it by post.

A young visitor enjoying the Book Corner

We are extremely grateful to Lovelace DFAS, Guildford Magazine and Hamptons - all of whom have generously donated money to buy more books.

We are looking to get more books for our Book Corner about art, artists, and how to make your own works of art. If you know about a good book, and we haven't got it in the Book Corner, please let us know about it. As with the reviews, you can write it down and leave it in the Book Corner, email it to us or send it by post.

Happy reading!
