• Do I need to be home when the collection is made?

  Items for removal must be outside the house clearly visible from the road and easily accessible at 6am. This should match the location specified on the application form. Please ensure that the public highway and footpath is not obstructed. If the items are not out when we go to collect on the scheduled day we will not return to make the collection unless we receive a new application and receive another payment. There is no need for you to be present at the time of collection.

• Where do my items of bulky waste need to be left on collection day?

  All items for collection must be outside of your house, clearly visible from the road and easily accessible at the time of the collection any time from 6am. Please ensure the public highway and footpath are not obstructed. We are not able to collect goods from inside your property and we can not carry items up or down stairs from flats. Please note the location of the items on the application, before submitting the form.

• Are there any items which can not be collected?

  There are a number of items which we can not collect and you would need to contact a private contractor to have these removed.

  Furniture link will accept good quality furniture for reuse and re-distribution.
