Café Bar and Riverside Terrace

A great place to drink, eat and meet friends. The Cafe has a lively bar, dining space and riverside terrace with outside seating, as well as a modern European inspired menu to be enjoyed whatever the weather. Take a look at our menu in the Downloads section of this page.

Afternoon Tea by the River
Fresh cakes and whole leaf proper tea by the river all year round. Come and enjoy the view. Why not book a table for afternoon tea with friends and spend the afternoon away from the bustle.

Family Friendly
Our kids' menu has great dishes and organic drinks. With child friendly distractions like colouring boards and books, it is a great place in Guildford for families - plenty of things for the kids and fresh seasonal food for the grown ups. Look out for Cafe Culture and family events at the Theatre.

Free Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi for all our cafe bar visitors. Please bear in mind if using your laptop that the tables may be needed for lunch or dinner.

Loyalty Card
The Cafe Bar has a Loyalty Card for food and drink. Pick one up from the bar and enjoy a 10% discount on all items.

The Cafe Bar and Riverside Terrace is open at the following times:

  10am - 11pm (The Café Bar opens from 10am - 7pm on non-show nights)
