We supply 30 refuse bags every six months (if you run out of these bags, you will need to buy some more).

Where should I put my refuse to be collected?
We collect your refuse from:
Please let us know where you are going to store your refuse bags and also to make sure that it is stored in the same place each week.
Please note: If we collect your bags from your back door this may involve our cleansing crew coming onto your property to collect your refuse.
Is a collection service available for sharp clinical instruments?
A home collection service is available free of charge.

What happens to the service on bank holidays?
Your collection day will usually move forward one day for that week. The collection day will then go back to normal the following week.
What do I do if my refuse isn't collected?

Do you collect bulky household items like wardrobes and tables?

Where is the nearest tip?
There is one tip (community recycling centre) within Guildford Borough, located on Moorfield Road on the Slyfield Industrial Estate. For more information please see Slyfield tip opening times.

What can I do with my garden waste?
Foxes keep attacking the bags - what can we do about this?

Make sure that items like chicken carcasses, bones and raw meat should be double wrapped in newspaper before being placed in the bag.

Use a normal domestic dustbin and store the bags inside of the bin. The crew will then take the bags out of the bin on collection day.
