We have a planning enforcement team at Guildford who are committed to protecting the character of our borough.  This team of officers investigate situations where they suspect there is a breach of planning control.

A breach of planning control occurs when somebody is developing a site without the planning permission they need, or they are not meeting the terms or conditions of a planning permission.
