Just two miles from Farnham, Birdworld nestles on the edge of the ancient Alice Holt Forest and is home to over 600 birds, set in 26 acres of beautiful landscape grounds. Ranging from parrots, penguins, toucans and flamingos to owls, pelicans, ducks and birds of prey, you will be amazed at the variety.
In addition to birds, Birdworld is also home to the Jenny Wren Farm where children can enjoy meeting all manner of animals such as pigs, sheep, rabbits, mice and even reindeer ! Visitors can also enjoy a visit to Underwater world with its tropical fish, Piranhas and Crocodiles.
With well-stocked gift shops, restaurants and refreshment kiosks , all of your needs are well catered for and for garden lovers there is easy access to adjoin Forest Lodge Garden Centre.
Although it is a large site, all paths are flat with plenty of seating and it is therefore ideal for all ages to enjoy. Daily events include penguin feeding, flying displays and animal handling at the farm and for regular visitors; a very popular membership scheme offers great opportunities.
