Afternoon Tea Week at Watts Gallery - Artists' Village
The Tea Shop at Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village provides a sumptuous selection of cakes and cream teas as well as a choice of specialty teas. Enjoy a freshly baked scone of the day, served on our quirky vintage crockery.
The Tea Shop building was originally used as a showroom for the Compton Pottery, established by Artists’ Village cofounder Mary Watts in 1901. The pottery was well known for its large ornamental pots, birdbaths, garden ornaments and sundials, and famous stockists included Liberty & Co.
The Tea Shop has full wheelchair access and welcomes assistance dogs. There is a full children’s menu along, baby changing facilities and high chairs and colouring activities for children. Free WiFi is available.
