Minor variations to premises licences

The holder of a premises licence or club premises certificate can apply to make minor variations to their licence/certificate.

You can apply online or you can download, complete and return the icon application for minor variations [279.99KB]  to the Licensing Team with the £89 fee.

You need to advertise the application by  icon displaying a notice [145KB]  on the premises for a period of 10 working days, beginning on the day after the application is made. The notice should be on white paper and placed where it can be seen by people without the need for them to enter the premises.

Will tacit consent apply?

For the minor variation, it is in the public interest that the authority must process your application before it can be granted. If you have not heard from us within a reasonable period, please contact us.
