Due to high levels of service requests and applications, our phone lines are much busier than usual. The quickest and easiest way to access our services is by registering for an account at MyGuildford or visiting our self service pages. You can report an issue, make requests and track progress, pay your bills and apply for key services at any time.

Order a replacement garden waste bin

Due to supplier stock issues we are unable to supply new garden waste bins at the moment. As a result, we are NOT accepting new garden waste subscription applications at the moment.

If you just want to renew your existing garden waste subscription you can do that in our 'apply, change or cancel a garden waste subscription' section. Although you will be asked to create a new subscription, our system will recognise that you already have a garden bin. You will not be sent a new one.

  • contact us if you lose or damage your bin. There is a £30 replacement fee.
  • if you believe the damage or loss was our fault, you can provide us with photos and we can assess your claim.
