National Lockdown - Covid information
From 5 January 2021 in line with current Government Covid Lockdown restrictions and guidance and our own commitment to the safety of our residents and staff, we will only be carrying out repair works inside your home that are categorised as an emergency or urgent priority. We will continue to carry out all external works where access to your property is not required.
Appointments will not be available to book whilst the current Lockdown is in place and you may be asked to contact us again after the restrictions are lifted to report any non-urgent work.
Our staff and contractors continue to be fully Covid compliant using full personal protective equipment where required and ensuring that a safe distance from residents is maintained whilst any urgent work is being carried out.
If you have specific health issues which mean that you are more vulnerable to infection, please let us know when you report your repair to ensure we provide the correct level of compliant protection.

For everyone's safety when attending urgent calls we'll be asking you if:
1. You or anyone in the house feels unwell with a fever, cough or flu like symptoms
2. You or anyone in the house has been in contact with a person with a confirmed case of Coronavirus, or are self-isolating.
