From Wednesday 2 December 2020, in line with Government COVID Tier 2 guidance, and our own commitment to the safety of our residents and staff, we will be able to carry out all repair works both inside and outside your home.
Appointments can be made for all work. Our staff and contractors will be fully COVID compliant using full personal protective equipment where required and ensuring that a safe distance from residents is maintained inside properties whilst any work or inspection is being carried out.
If you have specific health issues which mean that you are more vulnerable to infection, please let us know when you report your repair to ensure we provide the correct level of compliant protection.

For everyone's safety we'll be asking you if:
1. You or anyone in the house feels unwell with a fever, cough or flu like symptoms
2. You or anyone in the house has been in contact with a person with a confirmed case of Coronavirus, or are self-isolating. If this is the case then we will not be able to attend to work inside your property unless it is an emergency
