The Site Manager takes overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the FISH scheme.
Senior Playworkers assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day organisation and delivery of the scheme.
Senior Playworkers (Safeguarding) assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day organisation and delivery of the scheme, as well as manage and report safeguarding concerns.
Senior Activity Leaders oversee the day-to-day organisation of the off-site activities offered on FISH.
Playworkers support and encourage young people to play and participate in on-site activities, whilst also using their initiative, creativity and skills to suggest and create new activities and play opportunities.
Sports Playworkers take the lead on planning, organising and running a wide variety of sports activities each day.
Arts Playworkers take the lead on planning, organising and running a wide variety of arts activities each day.
Activity Leaders assist the Senior Activity Leader in the overall coordination and delivery of the off-site activities offered on FISH, whilst also supporting and encouraging the young people participating in the activities.
Keyworkers provide one to one support to young people with special needs or a disability.
The SEND Playworker provides support to young people who may occasionally need additional support or guidance to take part in aspects of the FISH scheme.
Volunteer Playworkers gain valuable experience in working with young people by assisting Playworkers with the on-site activities offered on FISH.
