Planning application forms and fees
You can submit an online planning application via the Planning Portal. Alternatively the forms can be downloaded via the links below.
You can also pay for planning applications via the forms below.
For our current fees based on The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications, Deemed Applications, Requests and Site Visits) (England) Regulations 2012 please see our Planning Application Fees.
The fee for Approval under regulation 75 of the Habitats and Species Regulations 2010 (as amended in 2012) is £30.
We are no longer accepting cheques as a form of payment for any planning applications. You can pay planning applications online or phone us on 01483 505050 to pay by card.
