About

The Cheese and Chilli Festival is back for its 4th year in Guildford!  An amazing array of flavours, colours and experiences awaits you at the event.  Loads to do and see for all the family, including a VIP Area, Chilli Eating Competitions, Man V Food Challenges, Cooking Demonstrations, Chilli Sauce Awards, Children’s Activities, Crazy Golf, Human Sized Table Football, a Family Zone, Falconry Display, Tastings, authentic bars, and live music.

Make it hot, hot, hot!!

The only dedicated UK Cheese and Chilli Festival will be returning to Guildford this July for two days of all things cheese and chilli. Like last year the event will bring an amazing array of tastes, colours and experiences to Guildford making it a must go to event.

Spiced up by chillies and local cheeses visitors will be able to enjoy a whole host of tasty treats, fantastic family entertainment, shopping outlets, cooking demos, the beer tent, live music and fiery food competitions - if they can handle the heat!

This year the festival has a star attraction with the first ever visit to the UK of American Chilli supremo Johnny Scoville who will be battling it out in a very hot chilli challenge with the UK’s infamous chilli Queen Shahina Waseen. The epic battle will take place on the Sunday and undefeated Shahina is ready to take on the American chilli head with absolute confidence that she can win for the UK.

The festival is taking place between 10 am and 5 pm on Saturday, July 20th and Sunday, July 21st at Shalford Park GU4 8BL. Its free parking, under 16s free, discounts for booking in advance on line and dogs on leads are welcome.

Children go free!
