From 5pm on Tuesday 31 March until Friday 3 April you will not be able to access your council tax, benefits or business rates account online. This is whilst we run our end of year processes. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Contaminated land assessment

This is required if your project will cause either:

  • ground disturbances
  • changes to the groundwater regime

It's also required if the land could be contaminated because of its previous use.
