Local requirements

You must submit:

  • a statement explaining why you want to remove a condition (including any drawings to show the effects of removing the condition)
  • design and access statement (for major schemes only)
  • the previous grant of planning permission reference number and the condition(s) you want to change or remove
  • plans and information to show which changes to the site have caused you to make this application
  • the plans we approved from your original application
  • plans showing the modification(s) you want to make which require us to change or remove a condition

All plans need to show key dimensions of all new works. Give the external height, width and depth on your elevations and floor plans. Please submit drawings at 1:50 or 1:100 scale, unless you are submitting a street scene drawing (which should be 1:100 or 1:200 scale). You also need to include a scale bar which refers to the paper size, for example: 1:100 on A3.
