From 4pm on Friday 31 March until 5pm on Monday 3 April you will not be able to access your council tax, benefits or business rates accounts on MyGuildford. This is whilst we run our year end processes. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We have suspended the pre-application enquiry service for non-major developments. This will be for a temporary period. We will resume this service when we have cleared the backlog.

In order to submit a request for a Major pre-application advice, please email the request to planningenquiries@guildford.gov.uk.

We do not make details of pre-application enquiries available to the public. However, planning applications have a pre-application advice section. We'll give you a reference number which you can put in this section if you wish. If you do this, the details of your pre-application advice will go on your application file.

We have to give details of pre-application advice if someone makes a freedom of information request.
