Applications must be made to ensure buildings are designed and constructed to meet Building Regulations.
What type of application do I need?
There are three application types: Full Plans, Building Notice and Unauthorised Work (regularisation).
Completion certificates
Solicitors or mortgage providers may need a certificate for a property transaction. A certificate costs £20.50. Apply here.
