Have your say on the future of local councils in Surrey

Take part in a landmark Government consultation on proposals to replace Surrey's current councils with up to three larger authorities. We support a three unitary approach - Find out more and read our consultation question guide.

Anti-social behaviour case review

When can I apply for an ASB Case Review?

You can apply if you have reported three or more incidents of anti-social behaviour to us, the police or Surrey County Council and you do not feel the problem has been dealt with. For a review to be held, the reported incidents must meet these conditions:

  • be separate, but related, incidents that have taken place within the last six months
  • have been reported to the agencies within one month of the incident taking place

What is not suitable for an ASB Case Review?

  • if you have reported anti-social behaviour and been given a date when you will get a response and this date has not passed yet. However we will contact the agency you made the report to make sure they are aware of the issue
  • if you have reported anti-social behaviour and got a response but are unhappy with the conduct of a particular agency. You may be told to make a complaint through the agency
