Your council tax, benefits or business rates account will be offline

From 5pm on Tuesday 24 February until Sunday 1 March you will not be able to access your council tax, benefits or business rates account online. This is whilst we prepare annual bills. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Homes 4 U

Since January 2004 Homes 4 U has helped approximately 1200 households move into private rented accommodation, by providing deposits. There are currently 350 active private tenancies that we have helped to secure.

If you own property and let it out in Guildford or the surrounding area you can receive a no fee service including free tenancy support and a continuous supply of tenants for re-lettings.

We provide you with:

  • a free tenant introduction service
  • a free tenancy agreement
  • a free independent inventory service
  • a designated point of contact with us to assist you during the tenancy
