Marketing for loss of employment and retail uses

Use our marketing information pack (PDF, 190 KB) if you're making a planning application which will lead to either:

• loss of employment
• loss of space used for retail

We're currently preparing a Marketing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). This will explain exactly what marketing evidence you need to provide, if our Local Plan asks for it.

Use the pack before we adopt the SPD. It helps you meet existing requirements of the Local Plan: strategy and sites. It does not introduce new policy requirements.
