Heritage Services Volunteering privacy statement

If you would like to volunteer with Heritage Services we will collect contact and emergency contact information from you on a form.

The information you provide on this form will be processed in line with Data Protection legislation.

It will be used by Guildford Borough Council for the sole purpose of managing your volunteering with Heritage Services: we will share the information you provide within the organisation to do this.

We will not disclose any of your information to other organisations unless we are required by law to do so.

You can at any time request that your details are removed from our database, or updated as you wish by contacting heritageservices@guildford.gov.uk.
