What's on at Guildford House Gallery

Enjoy our art collection, programme of displays by local and regional artists as well as touring exhibitions. We also have a programme of events and activities for all ages. We're open Tuesdays to Saturdays 10am to 4.30pm (last entry to the galleries 4pm).

(opens new window) This new annual art competition and exhibition will highlight outstanding artistic talent. Showcasing the best in Contemporary Art, the works on display may include:

  • drawing
  • photography
  • moving image
  • textiles
  • print
  • mixed media

Panel of judges included:

  • Hayam El-Sayad (oil painter)
  • Tabish Khan (London art critic)
  • Will Nash (sculptor)

Family Fun Drop In! Christmas Crafts: Make upcycled Christmas decorations

Suitable for the whole family.

Join us to make a Christmas decoration for your tree using upcycled materials! Be as creative as you like - will you make a Father Christmas or a traditional bauble? We can't wait to see. Christmas jumper wearing is optional.

This activity takes place in a room without step-free access.

Please note, for each Family Fun activity children must be accompanied by an adult.

Have you come across an interesting archaeological object while out walking or using a metal detector? Bring your find to our Finds Identification Sessions, and find out more about it. Our Surrey Finds Liaison Officer, Simon Maslin will take a look.

Dates: Second Saturday of the month. Next session will take place on Saturday 9 December.
