Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Regulations Assessment

Ash Parish Council asked us to determine whether the proposed plan would require a:

  • Strategic Environmental Assessment environmental report
  • Habitat Regulations Assessment appropriate assessment

The screening request included information setting out the proposed scope of the neighbourhood plan policies. We screened the proposals and determined that the plan would need an environmental report and an appropriate assessment.
