View your benefit account
Once you have been through a short registration process you can:
- log in at a time that suits you - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- see the status of your claim and entitlement
- see when your next Housing Benefit payment is due and the amount
- view your benefit notifications
- report a change
- upload documents
You'll just need to:
- sign up for a MyGuildford Account
- once you're signed up, sign into your new MyGuildford Account and click the 'Benefits' tile
- follow the on-screen instructions (you'll need your claim reference number and your National Insurance number to hand)
- your account is validated, and you can now access your account

With a MyGuildford Account you can also:
- check your bin collection day
- pay your council tax
- manage your council services including missed bins and bulky waste orders
- get a quicker response to your requests, track the progress of your requests and get information based on your address
