All building works require site inspections during the construction process.

You can apply online, by phone or post. Once you've applied and paid, you'll need to arrange site inspections.

To report a dangerous building or structure, call 01483 444000. If out of hours call 01483 532122.

With some exceptions, you must give our Building Control service at least 6 weeks' notice of any demolition.
