We provide a variety of services to residents, such as:
- dial-a-ride
- door to store
- social trips
- transport to social centres for older people

Is Community Transport right for you?
Our Community Transport service provides transport for eligible residents. We use fully accessible vehicles to enable all passengers to use the service. The service is available to anyone who:
- has a physical disability or mobility issues
- has long or short-term ill health
- has learning difficulties
- has mental health issues
- is over 60 years of age
Anyone who would like to use the service must first register. All journeys need to be pre-booked.
Transport services
Dial-a-ride
Dial-a-ride is a door to door service in Guildford and key towns in the surrounding area. It provides transport to a range of locations, appointments and social activities. These include:
- transport to The Hive
- shopping
- social activities and trips
- visiting friends and family
- attending hospital or medical appointments
Door to Store
Our Door to Store service allows you to book a regular seat on our bus. This service is available to anyone registered with Guildford Community Transport. By joining the service, you will have your weekly shopping trip guaranteed. This is so you do not need to phone and book each week.

Fee for our service
The fee is £13.50 for the Annual Community Transport membership. It can be paid in cash to the driver on your first journey.
