Planning Contributions Supplementary Planning Document

Read the  Planning Contributions SPD (PDF) [2MB] and the Planning Contributions 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 (PDF) [130KB] .

This SPD is designed to help lessen the pressure of development on an area's infrastructure. We can ask developers to help improve local infrastructure if this prevents negative effects of their work. The SPD lets developers know

  • what we can ask them to do
  • how we'll ask them
