Friday 21 August

17:30              The Mayor, Councillor Jane Tyson, attends the Town Guide Encounter Walk, 'The Fantastical Mr Carroll, starting at the Guildford Town Bridge.

Monday 24 August

10:00             The Mayor visits Guildford Archery Club, Normandy, for some tuition for when the Mayor shoots the first arrow at the Acorn Tournament on Bank Holiday Monday, 31 August 2026.

Tuesday 25 August

10:30             The Mayor attends the funeral of former Guildford Borough Council Councillor, Sheila Kirkland at Guildford Cathedral.

Sunday 30 August

17:30             The Mayor, accompanied by her daughter, Miss Ellie Tyson, attends the Guildford Flames Ice Hockey Club's first match of the season at Guildford Spectrum, Parkway.  The Mayor will take part in the ceremonial face-off before the game and will also present the Man of the Match Award.

Bank Holiday Monday, 31 August

09:00             The Mayor attends the Guildford Archery Club's Acorn Tournament in Normandy where the Mayor will shoot the first arrow to start the tournament.

11:00             The Mayor visits the Normandy Community Shop and Café at Manor Fruit Farm, Normandy.

Tuesday 1 September

10:00             The Mayor officially launches Guildford Walkfest at Mandiras Kitchen, Albury.

11:15             The Mayor attends the Guildford Borough Council's 'Guildford Judgement Day' Family Activity Event at the Guildhall, Guildford.

15:00             The Mayor attends the official opening of The Fountain Centre's Patient Wellbeing Garden at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford.

Friday 4 September

15:00             The Mayor attends the Guildford Talking Newspaper's 50^th Anniversary Tea & Cake Party at The Waterside Centre, Guildford.

Saturday 5 September

13:30             The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Dominique Williams, attends the Surrey Wing RAFAC Field Day and 85^th Anniversary Tea at Brooklands Museum, Weybridge.

16:00             The Mayor will meet walkers of the Puttenham Barn Buckhouse 21^st Anniversary Walk as they arrive at Puttenham Barn Bunkhouse in Puttenham.

Sunday 6 September

13:45             The Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, Mr Paul Tyson, officially opens Gosdenbury, Guildford Wey Rotary's Charity Music event at Gosden House School, Shalford.

14:45             The Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, attends the Lieutenant of Surrey's Lieutenancy Service at Guildford Cathedral.
