Friday 24 July

14:15             The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Dominique Williams, attends the Alzheimer's Society's Fruit and Vegetable Bingo event at the Luxford Farm, Broad Street Common, Guildford.

 

Sunday 26 July

13:40             The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, Mr Jonathan Williams, attends the Surrey Mayor's Association President's Garden Party and Annual General Meeting at The Acre, Ewell Village.

 

Tuesday 28 July

17:00             The Deputy Mayor attends a briefing for the meeting of the Council at 19:00.

19:00             The Deputy Mayor chairs a meeting of the Council in the Council Chamber.

 

Wednesday 29 July

17:00              The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by her Consort, joins His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey, Mr Michael More-Molyneux, for tea and tour of Loseley House, Loseley.

 

Thursday 30 July

10:20             The Deputy Mayor attends a Q&A Session with Japanese Students at the Guildford Institute, Guildford.

 

Friday 31 July

17:45             The Deputy Mayor attends a private viewing of the Guildford Art Society Annual Exhibition at the St John the Evangelist Church Community Centre, Merrow.

 

Tuesday 4 August

10:30             The Mayor, Councillor Jane Tyson, attends Guildford Borough Council's Family Activity Session at the Guildhall, Guildford.

 

Thursday 6 August

11:00             The Mayor visits Oakleaf Enterprise for a tour of the facility at Walnut Tree Close, Guildford.

 

Saturday 8 August 2026

19:00             The Mayor, accompanied by a guest, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for the Mayor of Spelthorne's Charity 'Mayor's Rat Pack Evening' at Thames Side Brewery, Staines.  Funds raised will go to the Mayor of Spelthorne's chosen charities.
