10:45             The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Dominique Williams, attends Guildford Borough Council's Big Green Day at the Guildhall, High Street, Guildford.

14:30             The Deputy Mayor attends the Royal Grammar School's Sports Day at Guildford Spectrum, Park Way.

 

Saturday 20 June

11:50             The Mayor, Councillor Jane Tyson, attends the Ash Parish Council Village Fete at Ash Parish Council, The Ash Centre, Ash.

 

Sunday 21 June

10:00             The Deputy Mayor attends the 41st Annual Beacon of Peace Charity Walk at Waverley Abbey School, Farnham.

11:15             The Mayor attends the Surrey Joint Services' Charities Service of Celebration of Surrey Cadets and the Launch of Armed Forces Week at Guildford Cathedral.

 

Monday 22 June

11:30             The Mayor, Deputy Lieutenant Col. (Retd) Patrick Crowley MBE and the High Sheriff of Surrey join local veterans, military personnel and members of local community groups for a short ceremony to raise the Armed Forces Day Flag, at the Guildhall, Guildford.  The public ceremony will begin at midday.

 

Tuesday 23 June

11:00             The Mayor visits RASASC (Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre), Guildford.

17:00             The Mayor attends a briefing for the meeting of the Council at 19:00.

19:00             The Mayor chairs a meeting of the Council in the Council Chamber.

 

Wednesday 24 June

11:00             The Mayor is delighted to attend Chit Chat Chai at Mandira's Kitchen, located at Silent Pool in Albury, in support of the Mayor's chosen charities for this year, Home-Start Guildford and SATRO.

                       This special gathering provides a warm and welcoming space for women to pause, connect, and share meaningful conversation over chai.

15:00             The Mayor attends the official opening of the Fountain Centre's new Patient Wellbeing Garden at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford.

16:30             The Mayor attends a private viewing of the 'Our Time' Exhibition at HMP Send.

 

Thursday 25 June

09:30             The Mayor attends an Annual General Meeting at Abbot's Hospital, Guildford.

16:30             The Mayor attends the Woking & Sam Beare Hospice's Launch of their Art Trail Project for Summer 2027 at the Hilton Woking, Woking.

 

Friday 26 June

12:00             The Mayor attends the 75th Anniversary of the Thirty Club at the Holiday Inn, Guildford.

 

Saturday 27 June - Armed Forces Day

10:00             The Mayor attends Lord Pirbright's Hall, Pirbright to meet with Parish Councillors, Borough Councillors, County Councillors and high-ranking dignitaries from Alexander Barracks, Pirbright ahead of the Armed Forces Day event being opened to the public.

12:00             The Mayor attends Guildford Borough Council's Romany Day & 30 years of Surrey Gipsy Traveller Community Forum at The Hive, Park Barn, Guildford.

18:45             The Mayor, accompanied by a guest, attends the Guildford Chamber Choir's Choral Music Charity Concert supporting Oakleaf at Holy Trinity Church, Guildford.
