Season tickets
Season ticket parking operates in three of our town centre car parks: Farnham Road, York Road and Bedford Road multi-storey. There currently is no availability at Bedford Road due to a waiting list.

Farnham Road and York Road are pay-on-foot car parks. As a season ticket holder you will have a card to use when exiting the car park.
Bedford Road is a pay and display car park. As a season ticket holder, you will have a permit to display in your car.
You will choose your own space in each car park.
To apply
If you would like to apply for a season ticket or join a waiting list, contact customer services.
In your email, you will need to include:
- the number of season tickets you would like
- the car park you would like
- your name, address, email address and daytime telephone number
Payment
If we approve your application, we will give you instructions on how to pay. The season tickets year runs from 1 April to 31 March. We will pro rata the cost of your ticket if it starts part way through the year.
Cancellation
To cancel your season ticket, you must contact our customer services giving one month's notice. Notice begins from the date we receive your email.
