The quickest and easiest way to access our services is by registering for an account at MyGuildford or visiting our self service pages. You can report an issue, make requests and track progress, pay your bills and apply for key services at any time.

Opening a secure email from the Council

We are committed to protecting sensitive information shared between the Council, partner agencies, organisations, and residents.

To do this, we use an encrypted email and file transfer service provided by Egress Software Technologies.

To read an encrypted email from us, you will first need to sign up for a free Egress account. Sign up is simple and only needs to be done once.
