Guildford Careline transferred its services from 1 April to its current monitoring services provider, Taking Care (opens new window)

This means that we are no longer offering an in-house telecare monitoring service. There are a number of alternative providers (opens new window) in the market who are able to provide telecare services.

We encourage you to make your own enquiries to find one that best fits your needs.
