Repairs Update: Delays to non-urgent repairs as we work to improve our service

We’ve recently appointed Axis/CLC as our new repairs contractor. We’re now working more closely with them to improve the overall repairs service, including better use of technology and faster response times.

As we bring Axis/CLC fully on board, we’re experiencing delays to our non-emergency repairs. We know this can be frustrating and we’re really sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please bear with us during this transition period.

What you need to know

• You’ll continue to report repairs in the usual way - there’s no change to how you contact us. Please use the report a repair button below or for emergency repairs use the phone numbers listed below.
• If we have a mobile number for you, you’ll now receive text messages for any repair you report, including updates and appointment reminders. No mobile? Don’t worry. Our repairs team will contact you another way.
• If you’re having trouble getting through by phone, please use the report a repair button below, or use our contact us form.

We’re committed to modernising and improving the repairs service, and we’re acting on your feedback. Expanding our team with Axis/CLC is a key step in helping us resolve repairs more quickly and reliably.

What we can repair

• the structure and outside of your home
• drains, gutters and external pipe work
• the installations for water, gas and electricity supply, sanitary ware and drainage
• water heating, central heating and any other fixed heating equipment we have supplied

In an emergency

An emergency repair is one that if not attended to quickly could:

• lead to personal injury
• damage the property
• cause a health hazard

Gas leaks

Gas leaks should be reported to:

• National Grid 0800 111 999 or 0800 371 787 (for Minicom users)

Chargeable repairs

If your repair is not covered under your tenancy agreement you may be charged. You can normally pay for repairs through your rent account.
