This policy looks at the support we provide for those who are financially vulnerable.
The aim of this policy is to:
- give customers clarity on what we will do and what we expect you to do if you are in debt
- allow us to collect money quickly if it is owed to us
- make sure we have a fair and consistent approach to collecting money that is not being paid to us
