These annual reports show how the council's carbon emissions have changed over time and track progress against our targets. They include data on council buildings, vehicles and wider activities.

Climate Change, Sustainable Design, Construction and Energy SPD (2024)
This guidance helps ensure that new development and construction projects make smart, climate-friendly choices. This includes reducing energy use to using low-carbon materials, and planning for a changing climate.
It replaces the earlier 2020 version and supports planning policy in the Local Plan.

Air Quality Data and Annual Status Reports
We produce Annual Status Reports (ASR) on air quality within our borough. This report gives an overview of:
- the previous year's monitoring
- an assessment of monitoring trends
- details of air quality actions implemented
- actions prioritised for next year
