Access our services using MyGuildford

Due to high levels of service requests and applications, our phone lines are much busier than usual. The quickest and easiest way to access our services is by registering for an account at MyGuildford or visiting our self service pages. You can report an issue, make requests and track progress, pay your bills and apply for key services at any time.

Arrange a community litter pick

COVID-19 update: We are happy to provide equipment for groups of six people. This ensures your group is compliant with COVID-19 laws and guidance.  If your group is bigger we will assess this on a case by case basis but you must have undertaken a risk assessment.


We require a minimum of two weeks' notice.

We'll provide equipment and give you safety guidance. Equipment is limited to 25 sets per group. We'll also arrange a place to collect the rubbish from afterwards. You'll need to pick up and return our equipment from our Woking Road depot:
