Apply for a road closure form

You can apply for a road closure for parades, processions, street parties, light illuminations.

If you are submitting plans of the closure with your application, the total size of the attachments should be no more than 5MB. If you have files that will be more than 5MB in total, please send them by a secure method or contact legaladmin@guildford.gov.uk. Please note, we do not accept any responsibility for documents until we receive them.
Please apply at least 8 weeks before the road closure date. We can't guarantee we can process your application if it's received later than this time.
The person completing this form will need to be available at all times immediately before, during and after the event so the Council, Surrey County Council or the Police can contact you if necessary.
