Report a missed commercial waste collection

Because of Coronavirus, we are taking extra precautions. You may experience changes to your usual commercial recycling and waste collections. If your weekly waste and recycling is not collected by midday on Friday, let us know.

  • Our crews will return for a missed collection if it was a fault or delay of our own.‚Äč
  • If the crew reported an issue when attempting to make the collection, this form will not allow you to report the missed collection. Your bins/sacks will be collected on your next collection day. You can request an additional commercial waste collection.
